George Washington's Coat of Arms DC Flag Why are there four stars in the logo at the top of the page?
Because four-star resonances are the holy grail of resonance physics. The design is a play on George Washington's Coat of Arms (on the left) and the present-day flag of the District of Columbia (on the right) which is an obvious derivative of George Washington's Coat of Arms.
