Physics with Secondary Hadron Beams
in the 21st Century

April 7th, 2012 - Ashburn, VA
GWU INS

GWU This is the one-day Workshop that will be held on Saturday April 7th, 2012. It will take place at the GWU Virginia Science and Technology Campus (VSTC) in Ashburn, VA (map).

It will start 8:45 AM in the morning and end at 5:40 PM in the evening. The location of the Workshop is Enterprise Hall, room #175 while GWU INS is located in Exploration Hall, room #104.

Participation is by invitation only. We plan on having about 20 participants. There will be no parallel sessions and no proceedings but we will keep speakers' slides on the web. Ample time will be set aside for in-depth discussions.

This workshop aims to bring together experts in the Spectroscopy and Neutron physics to discuss two critical tasks and how these two tasks will benefit the resonance-physics, US energy program, and the coming JLab EIC complex. Additionally, we have to have accelerator folks who will help to clarify how our ideas may work for the JLab MEIC.
